Full Planning

This is the ultimate wedding planning service, where I organise the wedding from start to finish, carrying out all administrative tasks, leaving you with all the fun bits like food and wine tasting.  You make all the decisions so are ultimately in charge, but without getting involved in the minutiae of wedding planning.  

An initial in-depth meeting (either in person or video call) will provide the opportunity to get to know you as a couple, to exchange ideas and allow me to start creating your special day.  I will be with you every step of the way.

I will be responsible for the sourcing all of your suppliers including but not limited to:

• Venue
• Florist
• Cake
• Photographer
• Videographer (if required)
• Band/DJ
• Ceremony music
• Hair & make-up
• Stationery
• Accommodation (if needed for guests)
• Transport (if required)
• Celebrant

In addition:

• I will be the main point of contact for all your suppliers and will attend meetings with them.
• Full wedding budget management.
• Unlimited support and advice throughout the wedding planning, including all emails and correspondence.
• Timeline management and supplier payment management.
• Help with table plans.
• Help with styling and wedding design.
• Manage wedding invitations and RSVP if required.
• Keep in touch with all suppliers during the lead up to the wedding.
• Attend a final walk through and rehearsal.
• Co-ordinate the day itself, organising the whole event from start to finish.

Fee: From £5,000

Partial Planning

This can start at any stage of the wedding planning process.  Often couples will start planning their wedding, but need help with certain aspects.  All my services are bespoke and this is an example of what to expect with partial planning:

• An initial meeting to discuss plans to date and work out what tasks you need support with, including any suppliers that have not been booked.
• Source up to three additional suppliers.
• Attend up to four meetings with the suppliers (usually initial catering meeting, venue meeting, final catering meeting and choice of one other).
• Become main point of contact for the suppliers.
• Produce a wedding day schedule for the key personnel involved – family, wedding party and suppliers.
• Deal with any final changes.
• Attend the rehearsal.
• Co-ordinate the day itself – ceremony/service, reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance.  Main point of contact for all suppliers on the day.
• Dealing with the unforeseen – which can happen.
• Be present for up to 10 hours on the day.

Fee: £2,950

Partial Planning for Marquee Weddings

This will include all of the above and in addition:

• Oversee the build of the marquee and ensure all suppliers arrive/deliver as per schedule.
• Oversee the de-rig of the marquee and co-ordinate the collection by suppliers of any equipment.

Fee: £4,450

Wedding Day Management

Also known as On the Day Co-ordination this commences 4 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure a seamless day.

• Meeting with you approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding to run through plans to date, including all suppliers involved and their contact details.
• Contact and reconfirm all suppliers and become main point of contact.
• Help with any details that have been overlooked.
• Produce a detailed timeline for the day for key personnel involved – family, wedding party and suppliers.
• Communicate final numbers to the caterers.
• Meet you for a final walk through of the ceremony/service and reception.
• Co-ordinate the day itself – ceremony/service, reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance. Main point of contact for all suppliers on the day.
• Dealing with the unforeseen – which can happen.
• Be present for up to 10 hours on the day.
• Approximately 10 hours of office work prior to the wedding.

Fee: £950

Wedding Day Management for marquee weddings on private land, other than a specific wedding venue.

Fee: £2,500
