Joanna was the on-the-day manager for our wedding and was absolutely wonderful to work with in the lead up and on the day of our wedding. She was able to solve all problems that cropped up in the weeks before the wedding (for example, the lack of drinks storage space for the night before the ceremony).
She co-ordinated the suppliers so efficiently that there was nothing for us to worry about, even though managing the Oxford Botanic Garden, not being a “traditional” wedding venue, required a fair amount of organisation! She was in the wedding marquee the night before the wedding and from the early morning the next day, making sure everything runs smoothly. Having Joanna with us made it so much easier to us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest.

You’ve been so wonderfully kind, patient, and provided such an incredible peace of mind and guidance in the midst of our most stressful moments wedding planning.
Yesterday was completely perfect, and you played such a big part in that, and we so appreciated all the moments you jumped in to help us, provide advice, or wrangle guests on the bus!
I am just in utter awe of your organization and completely calm demeanour during the chaos and stressful moments of a wedding day. I just so appreciated you being there to hold my bouquet, or it was absolutely fantastic when I would have a question or concern and you were right there to help as if by magic. You may have a few future wedding couples reaching out to you because anytime someone said the day was going so smoothly, I started a five minute speech about how incredible you are, and how one of the best wedding decisions we made was booking a wedding co-ordinator.

Foxhill Manor – July 2023
Joanna was instrumental in realizing our wedding vision and having the entire weekend executed exactly how we pictured it. As a US-based bride planning a destination wedding in the Cotswolds, having a local planner who could coordinate in the same time zone & who could be on-site was truly invaluable.
We had an entire weekend of events, starting with a Thursday night intimate dinner party, followed by Friday Clay Pigeon Shooting and a Welcome Dinner in the evening at a local pub, the wedding on Saturday and a brunch on Sunday, so there were a lot of details that needed to be planned. Joanna was my partner throughout the entire process, keeping track of everything and helping with venue selection, styling, vendor correspondence and management. She let me take the lead on the creative aspects that I enjoyed, giving her opinion and advice, and was able to direct the details that I was less familiar with, such as the right table size, transportation, hiring the dance floor, and renting lighting for the band.
Joanna has a very calming nature and she was able to help me focus on the details that were really important to have a magical experience for our guests. In the months leading up to the wedding, she was always responsive on email, and no question was too silly for her to help us answer. During the wedding weekend, I was able to really relax and enjoy, because I knew Joanna was managing the schedule and all of the vendors / moving parts.
We’re very pleased that we chose Joanna as our planner and would highly recommend her services. Joanna, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your help – we couldn’t have been happier with the entire weekend!
You were an absolute lifesaver – your idea for the change in the ceremony location was genius and made me so much more comfortable. Thank you for being on top of everything and making the whole weekend run so seamlessly. It was such a perfect blend of English and American traditions and was so personal and intimate, which was exactly what we wanted. It really surpassed all of my expectations- which as you know were incredibly high 😊

From our very first phone call I knew that Joanna would be absolutely amazing and exactly who I needed to help pull off my perfect day. Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond to help me with any questions or problems that I came up against, however great or small, and kept things running smoothly.
Joanna is exceptionally organised and practical but without being at all bossy or intimidating – I felt completely at ease running through plans with her and discussing various options and never felt swayed away from my vision. Three days before the wedding day we had a huge problem with our marquee and Joanna (despite being at the hairdressers at the time!!) flew straight over armed with solutions and comforting words, it was exactly what I needed and I am so grateful to her. On the day itself Joanna was busy everywhere but also almost completely invisible – a true pro.
