Planning Annaleigh and Brian’s wedding in June 2024 was an absolute joy from start to finish. They envisioned an elegant yet relaxed celebration, and with the stunning backdrop of Ardington House, we crafted a day that perfectly reflected their personalities. Their special day was nothing short of magical, filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories that we will all treasure.

The black-tie dress code set a sophisticated tone, with guests arriving in their finest attire. The colour palette of soft pastel blues and pinks, complemented by lush greenery, added a touch of romantic elegance throughout the day. Flowers, beautifully created by Sarah Harper Flowers, played a key role in bringing the couple’s vision to life. The outdoor ceremony took place on the lawn, under the Oxfordshire sun, with a string quartet from Manor House Music providing a graceful soundtrack.

Annaleigh and Brian had already taken care of the legal side of their marriage, so they opted for a personal celebrant-led ceremony, which allowed for a deeply meaningful and bespoke service. The aisle was adorned with breathtaking meadowscape florals, leading up to a broken floral arch around the gazebo where they exchanged vows. It was a dreamy setting that felt both intimate and timeless.
After the ceremony, guests were treated to a champagne reception on the lawn, with plenty of space to mingle and soak up the atmosphere. The clear skies and Ardington House’s stunning gardens provided the perfect backdrop for Michael Liedtke’s photography, capturing the most unforgettable moments.

As we moved into the evening, the reception took place in a clearspan marquee, which allowed the natural beauty of the estate to shine through. Long trestle tables were decorated with elegant bud vases and dinner candles in pastel hues, reflecting the soft colour scheme that ran throughout the day. The Luxe Collection provided the most exquisite tableware, adding a touch of luxury to the dining experience.
Guests enjoyed delicious catering from Fingers and Forks, and cocktails flowed throughout the night, with espresso martinis being a clear favourite! The fantastic Upshots Band London kept the dancefloor packed all evening, with everyone celebrating well into the night.

From the radiant pastel florals to the relaxed, joyful atmosphere, Annaleigh and Brian’s wedding was a celebration of love, laughter, and togetherness. Ardington House proved to be the perfect setting for such a stunning day, with its historic charm and picturesque gardens offering a flawless backdrop.
It was an honour to help bring their vision to life, and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful couple to work with. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness as they embark on this exciting new chapter together!
